The candidate will perform routine accounting activities such as basic accounts payable/receivable duties, data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, filing, and scanning. Check processing for vendor/client payments. Assist business manager with month-end tasks such as billing, documentation backup/filing, and review. Assist business manager with monthly company-wide payroll reimbursements. Assist employees with timekeeping edits in billing system. Assist accounting department with the scanning & filing of invoices and other operational documents.
