Duties

• Represent clients in single plaintiff litigation cases.

• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in New York; additional licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware are a plus.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
