Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child support cases.
• Manage case files and ensure timely completion of court filings, motions, and hearings.
• Provide legal advice and strategy development for clients in family law disputes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to manage complex cases and share expertise.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and guidance.
• Participate in professional development activities and networking to build the firm’s reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law, preferably in private practice in Colorado.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado (or pending).
• No pending grievances or malpractice claims.
• Ability to handle primary litigation duties in basic family law matters with the potential for more complex cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Current Colorado Bar License (required).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of family law in Colorado.
