Farella Braun Martel LLP’s Business Transactions Group is currently seeking an associate with 3 to 4 years of law firm experience handling a combination of corporate and financial transactions, such as M&A transactions, securities offerings and other equity financings, private investments, partnerships and joint ventures, corporate restructurings, fund formation, and corporate governance. The firm’s business attorneys work with a range of clients from closely held family businesses to large and complex business enterprises and serve clients in a myriad of industries, including technology, renewable energy, real estate, wine, cannabis and food and beverage.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA but may be a flexible hybrid position working remotely and in-person, as needed.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $225,000 and $250,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of relevant experience and professional skills required for this role. Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health/welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical) and paid holidays.
