• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 4+ years of estate planning experience.
• Experience in probate, conservatorship, and tax matters is a plus.
• Strong writing, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance independent responsibility with teamwork.

Education
