Vedder Price’s Chicago office is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of professional experience for its Litigation Group. Candidates must have strong research and advocacy writing skills, and litigation and case management experience in the areas of SEC enforcement matters, white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, securities litigation and False Claims Act matters. Securities class action experience is a plus. Candidates must have Illinois Bar admittance or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois.
