Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Senior Counsel in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax credit finance and development, particularly in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. • Duties
• Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
• Manage complex real estate finance transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax credit regulations.

• Requirements
• Minimum of eight years of tax credit experience.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
• Experience with New Markets Tax Credits preferred.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active bar membership in good standing.
