Duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in general corporate/securities matters.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and counseling on corporate transactions.
• Minimum of $250K in portable business preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in New Jersey.
