Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-exposure civil litigation matters.
• Participate in trial preparation, including legal research, document drafting, and case strategy development.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparing clients for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Support case management, maintaining organized files and managing timelines.
• Gain direct exposure to trial tactics and strategies.
• Contribute to professional development and expand trial skills.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar (MA Bar admission required).
• Desire to become a skilled trial attorney and gain significant litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in a courtroom setting.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-focused environment.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
