Litigation Associate

Profile

We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, engage in the entire discovery process, and advise clients on legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies



• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients



• Advise clients on civil litigation matters



• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes



• Comply with all legal standards and regulations



• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Previous 2+ years experience in law



• Familiarity with civil litigation, including all aspects of the pre-suit, discovery, trial, and appellate stages.



• Strong analytical and problem solving skills



• Ability to build rapport with clients



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
