Duties:

• Manage a significant volume of personal injury cases independently

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients

• Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to active matters

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Take and defend depositions, attend court conferences and hearings

• Engage in settlement negotiations and case strategy development

• Stay current on state personal injury statutes and case law updates

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York

• Demonstrated ability to independently handle personal injury cases

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and results

• High level of professionalism and legal acumen

• Proven experience in motion practice and courtroom procedure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
