Duties

• Lead complex commercial transactions in the technology sector.
• Focus on blockchain and crypto-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address commercial and IP issues.
• Draft and negotiate technology transaction agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain and crypto matters.
• Experience with commercial, IP, and risk issues in tech deals.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
