• Collaborate with insurers, employers, and TPAs to integrate subrogation into broader claims strategies.

Requirements

• JD and active membership with the State Bar of California.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on subrogation.
• Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases proactively and independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
