A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of plaintiff personal injury experience to join their litigation department in Beverly Hills, CA. This full-time, in-person role requires a driven litigator ready to second-chair trials, manage a high-value caseload, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative legal team.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including propounding and responding to written discovery.
• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
• Prepare for and take/defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and case management conferences.
• Prepare for and support second-chair trials.
• Manage and advance a full caseload of personal injury matters.
• Negotiate and resolve claims with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Provide excellent service and communication to all clients.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar.
• 3-8 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated experience in depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
• Trial readiness and a desire to actively litigate.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the California Bar.
