Paralegal Assistant

The candidate will be assisting attorneys in document preparation, review, and all aspects of a case. Will be drafting petitions, applications, and support letters. Corresponding with clients and relevant governmental agencies. Managing document collection, deadlines, and case tracking. Front office management and law firm marketing. Assisting with special projects as necessary. Must be an experienced paralegal. Should preferably be a detail-oriented self-starter, with the ability to independently deliver on key projects and deadlines. Must have demonstrable strong administrative, organizational, communication, and writing skills. Should preferably have Microsoft Office proficiency, law firm or similar experience, a sense of humor, and ability to multi-task.
