A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Benbrook, Texas, to join their team. This position offers experienced attorneys the opportunity to focus on family law without the need to generate new business, allowing them to concentrate on client management and case strategy.

Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Provide improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred.
• Active Texas Bar license for at least 2 years.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in courtroom activities, mediation, and consultations.
• Familiarity with Clio, TxDoc, or similar client billing and drafting software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
