Duties

• Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of defense experience.
• Licensed member of any state Bar in the United States.
• Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
