Duties

• Serve as the junior attorney on complex financings in the renewable energy field.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on finance matters.
• Adhere to firm policies, practices, and priorities.
• Perform other duties as requested by firm management.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience at a law firm, ideally in renewable energy or related industries.
• Experience with large syndicated financings and drafting related agreements.
• Strong organizational, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and meet strict deadlines.
• Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence.
• Dedication to the firm's mission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the applicant's state of residence.
