Duties

• Review and occasionally draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in negotiations and litigation processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
• Support case management and law office operations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards.
• Stay current on applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
• Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
