Duties

• Advise on tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Collaborate on private equity transactions and fund formations.
• Draft and negotiate tax provisions in various agreements.
• Prepare tax memoranda and provide strategic tax advice.
• Work closely with partners across corporate and tax credit matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of tax experience in a law firm.
• Strong technical tax skills and excellent judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with complex tax issue analysis and collaboration.

Education

• LL.M. in taxation preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
