The candidate will work with company Clear Diligence group. Will review contracts and prepare abstracts and summaries on an as-needed basis. Provide prompt and precise contract review and abstraction using specialized software for large scale transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare and information technology. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Having 2+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or similar transactional matters in a law firm or corporate environment is preferred. Computer literacy is needed.
