Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal representation in real estate litigation cases, including property conflicts, construction litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, zoning, and land use matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparations.
• Draft and prepare legal documents for court proceedings and settlements, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, from trials and hearings to arbitrations and mediations.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Manage and prioritize a substantial caseload, maintaining time and records, and ensuring efficient case progression.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience in real estate or related civil litigation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws about litigation, real estate, and contractual matters.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret legal documents and complex case-related information.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
• Capacity to manage a substantial caseload while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier legal services.

Education
