• Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and clients to understand and articulate technical concepts in legal terms.
• Stay abreast of changes in patent and trademark laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar in Washington, DC.
• Experience as a Patent or Trademark Attorney.
• Strong background in electrical, math, physics, computer science, or material science.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington, DC Bar.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of patent and trademark law.
