Duties

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law or eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
• Experience with wireless communication standards (5G, 6G, 3GPP) is preferred.
• Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.

Education

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
