Duties

• Independently manage a portfolio of litigation matters through all case phases.
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials throughout Florida.
• Analyze legal issues and provide practical legal advice.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with laws, court rules, and ethical obligations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff.

Requirements

• Excellent litigation, research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and legal judgment.
• Ability to manage a substantial litigation caseload independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality work product.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills

• Five or more years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, creditors' rights, or real property litigation preferred but not required.
