Duties

• Engage in patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
• At least 2 years of solid litigation experience.
• Previous work experience in 4G/5G telecommunications.

Education
