The candidate must have knowledge of and experience in litigation of defect disputes, delay and acceleration claims, contract changes and extras, prompt payment and construction trust law, payment and performance bonds, mechanic's liens, bid protests, and public contract law, among other construction related matters. Must be Florida Board Certified in Construction and fluent in AIA contracts.
