Duties:

• Supervise and mentor a team of litigation attorneys

• Oversee litigation activities including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Provide strategic litigation guidance to help attorneys develop strong case outcomes

• Use firm technology to manage case dockets, analyze performance, and maintain organization

• Maximize case value through thoughtful development and trial strategy

• Foster a learning environment focused on growth and excellence

• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure quality standards across litigation teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a trial attorney in personal injury litigation

• Prior experience managing or mentoring litigation attorneys strongly preferred

• Ability to oversee complex litigation with multiple team members

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Comfortable using technology to manage legal operations efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (or eligibility for immediate admission)

Skills:
