Commercial Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for their Naples office. The attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on real estate and construction disputes. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in these areas, along with a strong academic record and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including real estate and construction disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.
• Strong academic record.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to client service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Substantial experience in real estate and construction litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
