Profile

Center City Civil Litigation Defense Firm has immediate openings for Attorneys with at least 1 year of experience. A Pennsylvania or New Jersey law license is required. Firm provides defined opportunities for professional growth and economic advancement. Collegial environment with team approach, support, and balance.

Attorney Responsibilities

• Active File Management to include client reporting, record/discovery review, depositions, motions, arbitrations and trial.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and advance motion/briefs.
• Draft and review status reports, pleadings, discovery, medical summaries and motions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case and exit strategies.
• Manage case files efficiently while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Travel requirement within Eastern PA and New Jersey for Court events with opportunities for client relationship and business development.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of personal injury law (immediate priority given to those with prior civil defense experience)
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
