Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of corporate/transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Knowledgeable in general corporate matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Member of the South Carolina bar or willingness to sit for the bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina or eligible to obtain licensure.
