The candidate will handle General Liability, Auto, and PI Defense work. The candidate should have a J.D. Admission to applicable State Bar (California or Nevada). Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail. Independent initiative - including the ability to investigate, evaluate, and make recommendations that include a plan of action. Prior experience litigating complex matters preferred. Experience handling the defense of personal injury cases a plus. Admission to another Western State Bar a plus.
