Duties

• Defend employers in litigation in federal and state courts and before agencies.
• Advise clients on employment matters including discrimination, harassment, and compliance.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings and discovery.
• Work on wage and hour collective actions and employment class actions.
• Conduct depositions and engage in oral arguments.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• AmLaw experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
