Duties

• Prepare stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Draft private placement memoranda.
• Handle SEC reporting and registrations.

Requirements

• Three to four years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in a corporate/business/securities group of a large law firm.
• Membership in the Utah Bar or willingness to take the Utah Bar.
• Membership in the Bar of another U.S. state if not currently in Utah.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Utah Bar membership or eligibility.
