Duties

• Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including proof of claim and motions for relief from stay.
• Oversee loan modification and loss-mitigation processes.
• Advise clients on complex bankruptcy and regulatory compliance issues.
• Attend hearings and mediations throughout Florida.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an attorney in bankruptcy, with at least 1 year representing creditors in Florida Bankruptcy Courts.
• Active member in good standing of the Bar.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a high case volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and rules.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
