Employment Counsel
The candidate will provide legal and practical guidance to internal clients, research legal issues, and negotiate agreements. Advise on company policies and promote compliance. Handle sensitive matters including personnel actions and allegations of discrimination. Manage outside counsel in administrative matters and in litigation. Draft and review contracts with clients, teaming partners, subcontractors, vendors, and others. Perform other duties and functions as assigned. Specialized knowledge and experience in employment law and contract law. Excellent legal, writing, and interpersonal skills. Law degree and bar membership. Should have 7 years of relevant experience as an attorney. Experience that reflects the diverse responsibilities of the position. In-house experience preferred.
