A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Arlington, Texas. This position offers experienced attorneys the opportunity to focus on family law in a supportive environment, without the need to generate new business leads.

Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred.
• Texas Bar license for at least 2 years.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in conducting hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Working knowledge of Clio and TxDoc or similar software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
