Profile

Seeking Patent Agent - Computer Technology with a background in Computer Science or a related field such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Engineering. Candidate with strong academic credentials, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and 3+ years of patent prosecution experience. The position will involve representation of a variety of technology companies, ranging from startups to the Fortune 500, in patent prosecution related to software inventions. An M.S. or M.Eng. in a relevant field, or a B.S. in a relevant field is plus significant industry experience is preferred. A general understanding of artificial intelligence concepts is required. Technical experience in the areas of machine learning, image analysis, cryptography, or software architecture would be particularly useful.
