Duties:

• Manage legal issues related to family dynamics, including divorce, custody, and support

• Oversee mediation and settlement conferences, providing legal guidance and strategic insight

• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials

• Coordinate with legal staff to compile case files and trial briefs

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular updates on case progress

• Advise on family estate planning and related matters

• Maintain compliance with firm procedures and court deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in family law, including trial exposure

• Proven capability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced setting

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and litigation skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team structure

• Proficiency in legal research and case management systems

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
