Duties

• Represent clients in employment, labor, transportation, retail, construction, general liability, appellate, personal injury, and employment litigation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies and case plans.
• Handle trial preparation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Participate as first or second-chair in trials, including jury selection and witness examination.
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure high-quality representation.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide timely case updates.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice in California.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and case evaluation capabilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• California Bar admission required.
