Duties

• Interview and onboard clients, manage all phases of real estate, probate, trust, and commercial litigation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; and appear at hearings and trials.

• Coordinate case strategy with colleagues and oversee document assembly processes.

• Utilize case management software to track deadlines and client communications.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Texas Bar.

• Minimum of two years of civil litigation experience, including real estate and probate matters.

• Strong interpersonal and client-advocacy skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management/document assembly tools (or willingness to learn).

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
