Duties:

• Handle real estate and business law matters, including related litigation
• Represent clients in a diverse range of cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
• Attend court hearings and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of legal experience
• Membership in the Florida Bar
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Strong research skills
• Persuasive writing abilities
• Knowledge of real estate and business law
• Litigation experience preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
