Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Transactional Attorney in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience and be a current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.

Duties

• Provide legal advice on corporate formation and governance, succession planning, and real property matters.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, licenses, right-of-entry permits, and easements.
• Review and negotiate service contracts.
• Assist with various intellectual property concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
