Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with up to 2 years of experience to join its Blue Bell, PA office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience. The firm operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, though admission in other states is a plus. Candidates who will be taking the bar exam in 2025 are also encouraged to apply.

Location:

• Blue Bell, PA

Duties:

• Assist in various litigation matters, gaining exposure to all aspects of case management.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and discovery processes.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines for assigned cases.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain admission).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or ability to obtain).

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
