The candidate will provide a positive first impression of the company at all times while in charge of answering phones and welcoming visitors. Will answer incomings calls, screen and direct calls accordingly. Update visitor calendar and maintain security by following procedures for visitors. Coordinate set up of visitors with staff as needed. Keep daily note of conference room scheduling. Organize conference room meetings. Coordinate mail flow in and out of office, receives and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Sort and review of incoming faxes. Assist with supply inventory. Should have Bachelor's Degree from a 4 years university. Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills are needed. Good time management skills are required. Should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
