Duties

• Manage and assist with all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Handle multiple matters independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Analyze documents and conduct legal research.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
• Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of civil litigation experience; products liability and personal injury experience is a plus.
• Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience prosecuting and defending at depositions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts.

Skills

• Proficiency in case management software.
