Executive Assistant
The candidate will help manage general sales administrative activities such as creating reports and streamlining processes. Answer calls, take and deliver messages, and assist the team with general inquiries. Coordinate meetings and manage calendar for the General Manager. Book travel arrangements such as flights, transportation, lodging, etc.. Assist in monitoring performance of Intake department. Prepare and track weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Create/format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports. Take meeting minutes. Create forms/documents/checklists for Intake department. Create reports via Excel or Google sheets using spreadsheets/formulas, pivot tables, and data management. Make copies, scan documents, and enter notes in CLIO (CRM). Ensure department has necessary supplies and resources for daily operations. Assist in monitoring/managing Firm Text Campaign. Provide other general support to Management as assigned. Should have 2-3 years of executive administration experience. Case Management/CRM software experience is a major plus. Spanish skills are required.
