Requirements

• Proven transactional experience in capital markets.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and manage transaction execution.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
