A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Midwest foreclosure department in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires at least one year of experience as an attorney with an active Indiana Bar License.

Duties

• Independently handle mortgage foreclosure cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
• Manage a foreclosure caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Indiana State Bar; Illinois admission is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proven track record in handling litigation from inception to trial.
• Familiarity with LPS/Black Knight and Tempo.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Indiana State Bar.
