The candidate will lead a team of tax and accounting analysts to provide high quality analysis, timely perspectives, and innovative practice tools for practitioners. Will lead strategic initiatives to provide practice and industry-focused intelligence practitioners can leverage to make better informed and forward-looking decisions. Lead a highly-efficient team of analysts, domain experts, and content specialists to create and deliver technology-enhanced tools and content for the markets served by the business. Deliver high-value, high-ROI customer-focused response to markets' information and workflow requirements. Form, sponsor, and maintain executive level relationships across the business's markets and with internal and external stakeholders. Focus on top-line growth through the expansion of innovative, technology-enhanced content, data, analysis, and tools to solve customer problems in the tax and accounting market. Optimize resources for significant bottom-line impact, with emphasis on technological advancement. Lead and manage a high performing organization and supports the development of talent and capabilities of people-leaders and individual contributors across the organization. Lead special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
